This makes the company to strive to exceed the norm in service delivery thus we take seriously service users feedback making us effective listeners, kind hearted, open minded, helpful, caring and speedy in handling customer’s complaints.

Effective Listening
The Good Shepherd Healthcare seeks the view of its customers and all other stakeholders by conducting surveys. We also have an established Customer Service Monitoring Team which regularly meets and identify areas needing further improvements. We keep our clients informed about the necessary steps being taken by the company with regards to their feedback.

Customers and Stakeholder Involvement
Our recruitment process is rigorous and includes the CRB checks for all our staff.  They are all further trained with both intensive initial training and ongoing updates, and are offered the opportunity to achieve an NVQ or equivalent qualification. We also have an on-going supervision for all our Carers with the aim resolving any care delivery issues after of identifying relevant training needs.

Tgscare management is always available 24 hours a day, to listen and act whenever a client needs advice or support. We respond to issues or complaints in a timely and effective way.

Tgscare has a rigorous internal scrutiny system which is an important tool in the enhancement of quality service delivery coupled with the internal audits undertaken by focused personnel. A dedicated Quality Service Team checks that every department and every employee is delivering a consistent service. Also they ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.
